Terms & Conditions – Anura Wellness

Welcome to Anura Wellness. By booking an appointment or purchasing a service or gift voucher, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

2. Bookings

Appointments can be made through our online booking system or by contacting Anura Wellness directly.

Your appointment is confirmed once you receive a booking confirmation.

3. Payments

Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

Payments are processed securely through our approved payment provider.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

• Cancellations or appointment changes made 48 hours or more before your appointment may be rescheduled without charge.

• Cancellations or appointment changes made with less than 48 hours' notice are non-refundable and non-transferable.

• Failure to attend your appointment without notice ("no-show") will result in the full appointment fee being forfeited.

We reserve the right to make exceptions in exceptional circumstances at our discretion.

5. Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time for your appointment.

If you arrive late, your treatment may need to be shortened to avoid affecting subsequent appointments. The full treatment fee will still apply.

6. Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers:

• Are valid for 90 days from the date of purchase.

• Must be redeemed before the expiry date.

• Cannot be exchanged for cash.

• Are non-refundable.

• Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced.

7. Health Information

Some treatments may not be suitable for everyone.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete medical information before treatment and for informing us of any changes to their health.

Anura Wellness reserves the right to decline or modify a treatment where it is considered unsafe or unsuitable.

8. Prices

All prices are shown in Pounds Sterling (£).

Prices may change without prior notice; however, the price confirmed at the time of booking will apply to your appointment.

9. Liability

While every reasonable care is taken during treatments, Anura Wellness accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage or injury except where caused by our negligence or where liability cannot legally be excluded under UK law.

10. Personal Belongings

Clients are responsible for their own personal belongings while visiting the premises.

11. Privacy

Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to These Terms

Anura Wellness may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
